In the spirit of embracing a new trend, #FollowFive, I’ve decided to start my first #FollowFriday on the right foot. Hopefully this will start to curb “twuking” or mass regurgitation of random names on Twitter every Friday.

@GuyKawasaki: Guy is on auto-pilot catching the “all the top” news & dishing it right to you.. but it’s always unique & very fascinating. No boredom here.
@LeeAase: Lee covers 2 of my favorite topics, social media & healthcare & utilizing social media brings better change for everyone. He also runs SMUG.
